Founded by Hayley Elizabeth (plus a little help from mum)

This is me. Hayley Elizabeth. Founder, maker, and foodie on the side. I started my small business back in 2020/2021 as a creative outlet while working my corporate job. Since then I've made, I've sold, I've also failed, but I'm still absolutely loving it! I've been slowly growing the business (aka my mum has become virtually a full-time employee helping me with everything from ideas, to execution, to those cold market days) to get it to where we are today selling our handmade products online and at at local markets across the Southeast and London.

So, who am I? I am 27 years old based in London / Surrey. Besides making earrings I absolutely love to eat...in fact, I may have already mentioned food is my second passion project. My foodie Instagram @hayleyishungry keeps me and my stomach constantly full! When not eating or making, you might also find me walking the dog, exploring a home store, playing a board game, or binge watching a show...anyway before I start sounding too much like a dating profile there's enough about me :)

What? When? Why?

Why Polymer Clay?

Polymer Clay Earrings really started it all. During the COVID lockdowns, while working a corporate job from home, I was looking for a creative way to spend her evenings. Finding myself spending all my time looking at a screen, I did some digging for new hobbies (as I think we all did!) and discovered polymer clay. After lets be honest, quite a few failed designs, I found I absolutely loved the way polymer clay earrings could be made in so many different styes, colours, and shapes.

How Did It Start?

It all started with a single pair of polymer clay earrings. Although that first pair were a bit of a flop, I've worked over the last few years to design bold, bright styles that are the little cherry on top of any outfit. Since then, we've also expanded to making scrunchies (also focused on bright, bold designs that match any hair), wrapping paper, postcards, and so much more. Watch this space for any new products that might be coming your way soon!

What's Next?

Ever since I started the business my absolute dream has been to open up our very own brick-and-mortar store. I’d love to create a fun, welcoming space filled with my own creations and goodies from other amazing small businesses too.

So, over the next twelve months, we're planning our expansion into new products and new designs to help make this dream a reality. Watch this space for exciting new things ahead...
