Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on most items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Please note:

  • Earrings are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons.
    However, if there’s a problem with your earrings before they’ve been worn (e.g., damaged or faulty), we’re happy to offer an exchange for the same style (if available) or another design of the same value.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

After 14 Days

We may still be able to offer an exchange or store credit after 14 days, depending on the item and circumstances. Please get in touch directly to discuss options.

How to Start a Return

You can start the return process by emailing us at hayleyelizabethdesigns@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We can then send you the return address. The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return postage costs.

 

*We suggest using a postage service with a tracking number to ensure the item reaches us as we are not liable to refund if the item does not reach us. 

We’re based in the UK, and aim to handle all returns and exchanges quickly and fairly. If you have any questions at all, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
